  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Disassembly and reassembly of furniture
  • Secure transportation ensuring the safety of your items

2. Booking and Confirmation

To secure our services, customers must complete a booking process either online or via telephone. Upon receiving your booking request, we will:

  • Confirm availability on the requested date
  • Provide an estimated cost based on the information provided
  • Issue a booking confirmation upon agreement of terms

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a confirmation email or message is received.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for our services must be completed as follows:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

Failure to make payments as agreed may result in the cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing or via our official communication channels. The following terms apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service incur no penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours may result in a fee of 25% of the total service cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or logistical issues.

5. Liability and Insurance

While we take utmost care in handling and transporting your furniture, Sofa Removals is not liable for any damage or loss unless caused by our negligence. To safeguard against potential damages, we offer optional insurance coverage:

  • Basic coverage included in the service cost
  • Comprehensive coverage available at an additional fee

Customers are encouraged to review insurance options to ensure adequate protection of their belongings.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To facilitate a smooth removal process, customers must:

  • Ensure all items are ready for removal at the agreed time
  • Disassemble any furniture that cannot be moved as a whole
  • Provide access to the property, including any required keys or security codes
  • Clear pathways to and from the removal points to prevent obstruction

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Sofa Removals reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sofa Removals operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.

12. Force Majeure
